Qualitäten T150 und T220

 

SBK A/S hat ein breites Lieferprogramm an glatten Fördergurten für jeden Zweck:

•    Alle Gurte sind antistatisch gemäß DIN 22104, ISO284, EN20284.
•    Geringe Längendehnung
•    Detaillierte, technische Berechnung und Unterstützung
•    Ein umfangreiches Lager
•    Heißvulkanisierte Verbindungen mit modernen Pressen
     bis 2.600 mm Gurtbreite
•    Bei Bedarf Übernachtlieferung.
•    Unempfindlich gegenüber Mikroorganismen und Feuchtigkeit

Unser Programm umfasst folgende Qualitäten:

Qualität T150

Hitzebeständige Qualität für schleißendes Fördergut wie Zementklinker, Koks, Schlacke, Kalkstein, Formsand u. a. Hergestellt auf EPDM-Kautschuk-Basis (Ethylen-Propylen-Dien Kautschuk).

Qualität T220 ist antistatisch gemäß ISO284/EN20284/DIN22104 und hat einen Abrieb von max. 200 m3.

Temperaturbeständigkeit: -30°C/+220°C.
  Qualität T220

Hitzebeständige Qualität für schleißendes Fördergut wie Klinker, Koks, Schlacke, Formsand u. a. Hergestellt auf SBR-Kautschuk-Basis (Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk).

Qualität T150 ist antistatisch gemäß ISO284/EN20284/DIN22104 und hat einen Abrieb von max. 180 m3.

Temperaturbeständigkeit: -30°C/+150°C.
